At Decal Solutions, all items are made to order, which means they are custom-created just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please make sure to double-check all details (including spelling, colors, and sizes) before placing your order. If you’re unsure about anything, I’m always happy to help — just send me a message before checking out.
However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g. it's damaged, incorrect, or faulty), please get in touch within 3 days of receiving it, and I’ll do my best to make it right. 💌

Design & Pricing Policy
All designs and mock-ups are created specifically for Decal Solutions’ equipment, materials, and workflow.
Design concepts, mock-ups, and artwork are not supplied, sold, or licensed for use with other suppliers.
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Final artwork is prepared only after pricing is agreed, and where applicable, a deposit is paid.
Decal Solutions specialises in small to medium custom vinyl work and supply-only projects. Installation services and large commercial runs are not offered.
