Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Digital downloads

Digital Items - due to the nature of the item, no refunds are given

 

Physical Items - please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer to repair, replace or refund any item that is found to be not right in accordance with Australian consumer legislation.

Please note: we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

 

I pride myself on quality work, so if for any reason you are not happy with your job please contact me to discuss. In the case of a refund, the buyer must pay return postage.

DELIVERY

All orders are sent from Australia.

STOCK ITEMS - Are posted next working day.

CUSTOM ITEMS - Stickers are posted next working day ONCE approved.

Other items are posted 2–5 days after approval.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders are shipped to the address listed on your Etsy account. Buyers are responsible for having an accurate address listed. I do not issue refunds or re-send items if an order is sent to the incorrect address.

 

AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

STANDARD POSTAGE (no tracking) 4-5 days.

EXPRESS POSTAGE (tracking) 1-2 days.

(Please note express post is not always ‘Next day’, it depends on your address, remote and rural addresses will take longer).

 

OVERSEAS POSTAGE

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

STANDARD (tracking) 10-15 days.

EXPRESS (tracking) 4-8 days.

Any duties/custom fees incurred on the package are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

DAMAGE OR LOSS

It is rare for something to be lost or damaged in the post, but unfortunately it does occur. I recommend you upgrade your postage to include tracking. If any goods are lost or damaged in transit, you need to follow this up with Australia Post. I will assist you with this, however I will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
